30-day returns

Request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Contact us with your order number to start a return; we respond within 24 hours.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No return shipping needed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
