The two hardware pieces ship in one box. The two PDFs are emailed to you after checkout, so the guide is readable the same day. Keep both PDFs even if the kit goes back.

That is the window in our shipping policy, not a date we pin on a calendar for you. The two PDFs do not wait for the box: they are emailed right after checkout.

Fit and sizing
The band comes in M and L and adjusts at both straps, worn over or under clothing. Loosest-first fit rule: start at the loosest setting, then take it in a little at a time until it sits evenly and you stop thinking about it. The Desk Setup Guide walks the same order.
There is no size chart on this page yet, because we have not measured the band ourselves. Not published beats invented. Take the size you would normally take, and if it is wrong, that is exactly what the 60-Day Desk Test is for.
The cushion is one size and the straps do the fitting: they wrap the back of a standard office chair, mesh included.
Materials and measurements
Measured specs are not published yet. When the sample is in our hands, this section gets the cushion's width, height and thickness, the foam type, the cover fabric and how it is cleaned, plus the band's strap width and the range behind M and L.
We would rather leave this section short than copy numbers off a supplier sheet we have not checked against the object. If one measurement decides it for you, email support@stavidigital.com and you will get what we know and what we do not.

Will the band fit me?

Does the cushion work on a mesh chair?
The dual straps wrap the back of standard office chairs, mesh included. Unusual chair? Strap it on and give it the 60 days. If it does not sit right, send it back on our label.

Email support@stavidigital.com any time inside the 60 days. We send the return label, you send the kit back, and we refund the $79.90 in full. It does not need to be unused, you do not need the original packaging, and both PDFs stay yours.
Where are the reviews?
There are none. This kit is new, nobody has lived with it for 60 days yet, and we are not going to stage a wall of five-star comments to cover that. Pages that fake this part are easy to spot once you look for it.
